By joining the CostKits Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.
IMPORTANT: If a customer uses a coupon code and pays $0, no commission is paid for that payment. Commissions are only paid on actual revenue collected. Once the customer starts paying (after coupon expires), you'll earn 30% on all future payments.
If a customer issues a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal, any associated commission will be deducted from your next payout.
We may withhold commissions for up to 30 days to account for potential refunds or disputes.
Affiliates may promote CostKits through social media, blogs, personal websites, or other content-based channels.
You may NOT promote via:
You may use CostKits logos, product screenshots, or approved promotional assets provided through our affiliate dashboard.
You may NOT:
We reserve the right to request removal or modification of any promotional content.
You may NOT use "CostKits" or close variations in:
You may use the term "CostKits" only in natural, non-misleading text descriptions or reviews.
You MUST disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content:
Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination.
Any attempt to generate commissions through fraudulent activity—including fake accounts, self-referrals, automated/bot traffic, coupon abuse, or misleading claims—will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Affiliates may not request or collect any personal health information (PHI) from users on behalf of CostKits.
Affiliates must comply with all U.S. privacy and data protection laws, including FTC guidelines and state privacy requirements.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice (email is sufficient). If terminated, you will continue to receive commissions on existing referrals for up to 1 year, unless terminated for cause (fraud, spam, FTC violation, or violation of these terms).
You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You are responsible for your own taxes.
If you earn $600+ in a calendar year, CostKits, LLC will send you a 1099-NEC form by January 31st of the following year.
CostKits, LLC may modify commission rates, payout terms, or program rules at any time.
You will be notified by email of any material changes. Continued participation after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
CostKits, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total commission paid to you in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
